AGI supplies the technology for grain storage, handling and conditioning. Beavers designs its integration, builds the civil infrastructure and carries out installation within the agreed project. We continue with maintenance and service, so the solution is planned for its years of operation as well.

We consider the silo as part of a working facility. Equipment, civil works and farm operations belong in the same project, with clearly defined stages and responsibilities.
We start with crops, capacity and intake and dispatch rates. We design the process flow, layout, foundations and structures, coordinated with AGI equipment data and ground conditions. Construction experience informs the design from the outset.

We construct silo and equipment foundations, intake structures, hardstandings and the civil works specified in the design. We check levels, anchors, aeration channels, openings and utility interfaces so installation starts on properly prepared infrastructure.
For the client: completed civil works and interfaces checked before installation.
We supply the agreed AGI configuration and install the included silos and equipment. We coordinate deliveries, the installation sequence, conveying routes, access and specified connections in line with the manufacturer’s documentation and the design.
For the client: equipment installed and integrated into the agreed process.
We carry out the agreed checks and trials with the specialists involved and with AGI when the configuration requires it. We hand over documentation and provide the training specified in the contract so the operator understands the process and operating requirements.

We plan preventive maintenance, assess repair requests and identify the parts required. Knowledge of the project supports our understanding of the facility and its upgrade options. Scheduling and intervention terms are confirmed for each request.
