Aeration for stored grain, with AGI solutions.
Aeration is designed together with the silo, product and operating strategy. Selecting a fan is only part of the solution.

Air needs to reach where it matters.
We coordinate grain type, bed depth, floor air distribution and roof exhaust. For existing installations, we first check the available configuration.

What it brings to your installation.
- AGI FRAME offers centrifugal fans with backward-curved blades, in fixed and mobile versions.
- The range includes foundation channel grilles and full aeration floor solutions.
- Configurations are available for flat-bottom and hopper-bottom silos, along with roof ventilation.
- Fan curves and noise data are requested for technical equipment selection.
Foundation coordination
Required channels and openings are included in the civil design.
Data-based selection
The fan is selected according to grain bed resistance and project conditions.
Informed operation
We discuss aeration, monitoring and operating procedures together.
The questions that
make the difference.
Features are indicative at product-family level. Performance and equipment are defined for the model quoted and actual operating conditions.
We prepare the brief together.
- What product is stored, and at what moisture and temperature does it enter the silo?
- What are the silo diameter and maximum grain bed depth?
- Is this a new installation or equipment for an existing silo?
- What floor arrangement and roof ventilation are already in place?
- What electrical capacity, control and monitoring provisions are available?

Why do we plan aeration and monitoring together?
Aeration and monitoring serve different purposes. Fans and air distribution are sized for the silo and product; sensors provide information for operating decisions. Temperature readings do not replace checks of grain moisture and condition. Operating procedures are defined for the selected configuration.
