AGI · STORAGE

AGI grain silos, integrated into your farm project.

We select capacity, silo count and unloading arrangements based on your crops, batch separation and operating plans.

SELECTED FOR YOUR PROJECT

Capacity is just the beginning.

A silo needs to fit both your harvest and the whole installation. We coordinate geometry, foundations, aeration, conveying and service access from the concept stage.

ABOUT THE SOLUTION

What it brings to your installation.

  • Galvanised corrugated steel with external vertical stiffeners for commercial flat-bottom silos.
  • Flat-bottom solutions for storage and hopper-bottom designs for frequent unloading or buffer duties.
  • Structural configuration based on the site and local design loads.
  • Aeration, monitoring and access accessories selected with the storage solution.

01

Batch separation

Silo count is discussed alongside crop types and operating strategy.

02

Foundation integration

We coordinate equipment requirements with civil works, openings and aeration routes.

03

Phased expansion

Where possible, we reserve space and interfaces for future capacity.

BEFORE SIZING

The questions that
make the difference.

Features are indicative at product-family level. Performance and equipment are defined for the model quoted and actual operating conditions.

We prepare the brief together.

  1. Which products and bulk densities must be considered?
  2. What is the total capacity, and how many cells are needed to separate batches?
  3. What are the incoming moisture content and planned storage period?
  4. How often are cells filled and emptied, and what discharge rate is required?
  5. What are the location, available space and any height restrictions?

Clear choices for your facility.

Flat bottom or hopper bottom silo?

The choice depends on the role in the process, emptying frequency, product and capacity. We consider flat bottom silos for storage and hopper bottom silos for frequent discharge or buffer storage. We also compare unloading systems, foundations and cleaning access; shape alone does not determine the solution.

What is included in a grain silo price?

The quotation should specify the equipment, accessories and scope of supply. We check foundations, grain handling, aeration, monitoring, utilities, delivery and installation separately. Capacity in tonnes is compared using the same reference bulk density and filling assumptions.

Prepare a well-planned investment.
