AGI grain elevators and conveyors.
We connect every point of the installation through clear routes, coordinated throughputs and access for operation, cleaning and maintenance.

The throughput of the entire system matters.
High-performance equipment cannot compensate for a bottleneck elsewhere. We check operation sequences, batch changes and simultaneous operating scenarios.

What it brings to your installation.
- The AGI PTM portfolio includes bucket elevators, chain conveyors and open belt conveyors.
- Chain conveyor families cover different capacity and operating requirements.
- Modular configurations and feed, discharge and control accessories, depending on the range.
- Selection depends on product, throughput, length, elevation difference and duty cycle.
Smooth intake
We start with the actual arrival and unloading rate of vehicles.
Clear routes
We avoid conflicting operations and assess routes for each product.
Equipment access
We integrate platforms and working space for interventions into the design.
The questions that
make the difference.
Features are indicative at product-family level. Performance and equipment are defined for the model quoted and actual operating conditions.
We prepare the brief together.
- Which products, densities and flow properties need handling?
- What nominal and peak throughput is required at each stage?
- What are the distances, elevation differences and loading and discharge points?
- How many hours per day and days per year will the installation operate?
- What are the dust control, cleaning, batch separation and monitoring requirements?
Part of the same installation.
All equipmentClear choices for your facility.
Bucket elevator, chain conveyor or belt conveyor?
A bucket elevator raises the product. Chain and belt conveyors connect points within the facility along the routes defined in the design. Selection depends on throughput, distance, elevation change, product and cleaning requirements. This is grain handling within the facility, rather than road haulage.
A warehouse can also be part of the project.
We assess silos, warehouses and combined configurations according to the farm's needs. Integration starts with intake and handling and continues through storage to dispatch.
